ENTRY GUIDELINES FOR ALL GUESTS AND PATRONS

All guests entering 2300 Philadelphia are subject to a
metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by 2300 security staff.  NO guns, tasers, clubs or knives are permitted in 2300 Philadelphia facilities.

 

In advance, we thank you for your cooperation.

  • PROHIBITED ITEMS

    For safety reasons, the following items are prohibited from entering the facility. Any illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. Anyone found inside the building with a prohibited item will be ejected and the contraband will be confiscated.

    • Aerosol Cans of any product

    • Alcohol

    • Animals/Pets (except service animals)

    • Audio/Video Recording Equipment

    • Balloons, Beach Balls or similar inflatable items

    • Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers

    • Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.

    • Coolers or Ice Chests

    • Fireworks

    • Illegal Drugs

    • Knives

    • Laser Pens and Pointers

    • Monopods

    • Noisemaking Devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)

    • Outside Food, Beverage, Bottled Water, etc.

    • Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc.

    • Tools

    • Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.

    • Weapons of any kind – Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, tasers, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of such items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.

    • Any Other Item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the facility in its sole discretion This list is subject to change at any time by management. Thank you for your cooperation.

     

  • ACCESSIBILITY

    Guests with specific accessibility needs should contact the arena in advance to arrange. Please try to call at least three days before the event, if possible.

  • AGE RESTRICTIONS

    Children two and older must have a valid ticket to gain entrance to the facility. Age restrictions vary per event.

  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE/
    ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY

    No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought in the facility. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management.

  • ANIMALS

    Only service animals are permitted inside of the facility. They must stay on a harness in ticketed areas and may not block any aisle, hallway, etc.

  • ATM

    There is an ATM located in the lobby near the box office.

  • BACKPACKS

    Backpacks and other large bags are subject to search before entering the facility.

  • BAG CHECK

    All guests are subject to a bag search and security check before entering the facility.

  • CAMERAS

    Small, non-professional still cameras may be brought into the facility. Audio or video recording devices are prohibited. Guests are not permitted to block aisles or the view of other guests while taking pictures. No tripods and monopods. This policy is subject to change per event.

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT

    Any guest who fails to adhere to the policies and procedures of the facility, or local, state and federal law is subject to ejection and/or arrest.

  • DOOR OPENING

    Doors open one (1) hour early for most events. These do vary by show so please check your tickets or information contained on the website.

  • DRESS CODE

    In order to ensure all of our guests receive the full value of their ticket investment, only those persons with a ticket for a particular seat will be able to occupy that seat.

  • FIRST AID

    First Aid is available at the box office or concession stand. Contact the nearest arena staff member if you are in need of assistance.

  • FOOD & BEVERAGE

    Outside food and beverage are not permitted inside the facility. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. Please inform the Security Officer checking your bag, if this is the case.

  • HANDOUTS

    Distribution of handouts, flyers, pamphlets or promotional items are not permitted on our property without prior authorization from arena management. Solicitation for signatures on petitions is also prohibited.

  • INTOXICATED GUESTS

    2300 Philadelphia has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

  • LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

    Lost and found items will be taken to the box office. Once the event is over, the guest can contact 267.758.2173 to follow up.

  • RE-ENTRY

    2300 Philadelphia has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical reasons or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle.

  • OVERNIGHT PARKING

    Overnight parking of any vehicle type is not permitted in any of our parking lots.

  • SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted in the facility at any time including the use of smoking devices such as electric or vapor cigarettes, pipes, etc. Smoking is only permitted outside in a designated location.

  • STANDING

    When a ticket is purchased, the ticketholder is entitled to the seat and the standing area in front of the seat. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted. Standing guests should be respectful of others around them.

  • TAILGATING

    Tailgating is not allowed in any of our parking lots.

  • VISUAL INSPECTION

    All bags, coats, and guests will be searched prior to entry into the facility. Prohibited items must be returned to one’s vehicle or be confiscated in order for admittance.

  • WEAPONS PROHIBITED

    Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the facility. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest.

     

  • WILL CALL

    The will call window is located at the Box Office in the lobby of the facility. Tickets left at will call may be picked up when the doors open for the event.
